Smith Farms North LLC, which operates Trailhead, holds approved medical cannabis cultivation, medical cannabis manufacturer, and medical cannabis retail endorsements under its Minnesota OCM microbusiness license. We are now preparing our operations to serve registered patients with the same care, transparency, and Brainerd-built craft that guide everything we do.
Until medical sales begin, currently registered Minnesota medical cannabis patients can receive a 22.5% discount at our Brainerd dispensary.

Minnesota’s medical program should include products made by smaller licensed operators who stay close to the plant, the process, and the people they serve. Trailhead connects cultivation, manufacturing, and retail under one roof, and our medical endorsements create a path to bring that model to registered patients.
We are completing the operational work needed for medical service, including patient consultation, medical labeling, separate tracking, and the additional controls the program requires. We will begin serving medical customers only when those systems and our team are fully prepared.
