Trailhead is pursuing Minnesota medical cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and retail endorsements. As Minnesota expands the medical endorsement pathway for licensed cannabis businesses, we are preparing to bring the same care, transparency, and Brainerd-built craft to registered patients.

Minnesota’s medical program should include products made by smaller licensed operators who stay close to the plant, the process, and the people they serve. Trailhead already connects cultivation, manufacturing, and retail under one roof. The medical endorsement pathway gives us an opportunity to apply that model with patient consultation, medical labeling, separate tracking, and the additional controls the program requires.
Changes scheduled to take effect in 2027 expand the medical endorsement pathway for licensed microbusinesses. Trailhead is doing the planning now so we can move carefully and responsibly as requirements are finalized and approvals are considered.
